Urine, balsamic vinegar, and motor oil on paper

28 x 76 cm each

Getting Back to Nature depicts a giant, feral nude as he discovers and explores a highway service centre. Made with motor oil, piss, and vinegar on paper, the series presents a colossal man/animal interacting with a petrochemical depository. Referencing the expression “piss and vinegar”, which connotes rebellious energy and mischievousness, the series offers a fantastic evaluation of our connection to and impact on the world.
